目的：研究分析七氟烷在小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术中的应用效果。方法：选取我院在2011年12月～2012年11月收治74例小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术患者的临床资料进行研究分析，并按患者住院尾号分为治疗组（37例）和对照组（37例），对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对比两组患者麻醉效果，治疗组患者诱导、拔管及苏醒等时间均显著短于对照组患者的，且有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者麻醉过程中出现不良反应发生率，治疗组患者麻醉过程中出现不良反应发生率为16.26%，对照组患者麻醉过程中出现不良反应发生率为46.01%，治疗组患者显著低于对照组患者，且有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：七氟烷在小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术中具有显著效果，且安全性较高，值得推广应用。
목적：연구분석칠불완재소인편도체선양체적제술중적응용효과。방법：선취아원재2011년12월～2012년11월수치74례소인편도체선양체적제술환자적림상자료진행연구분석，병안환자주원미호분위치료조（37례）화대조조（37례），대비량조환자적치료효과。결과：대비량조환자마취효과，치료조환자유도、발관급소성등시간균현저단우대조조환자적，차유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；대비량조환자마취과정중출현불량반응발생솔，치료조환자마취과정중출현불량반응발생솔위16.26%，대조조환자마취과정중출현불량반응발생솔위46.01%，치료조환자현저저우대조조환자，차유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：칠불완재소인편도체선양체적제술중구유현저효과，차안전성교고，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To study the analysis of sevoflurane in pediatric adenoid tonsil removal surgery of results. Methods: A hospital in December 2011 to November 2012 were treated 74 cases of adenoid tonsil removal surgery pediatric clinical data for research and analysis, according to the tail number of patients hospitalized divided into treatment group(37 cases) and control group(37 cases), compared two groups of patients the therapeutic effect.
