目的:探讨人工皮肤在新生儿持续气道正压通气(cPaP)中的临床应用。方法选取我院2013年2月至2014年1月期间96例行cPaP治疗患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例,行cPaP治疗前,对照组采用石蜡油涂抹鼻子局部及鼻腔,观察组采用人工皮肤贴于鼻子周围,比较两组cPaP后患儿鼻子局部皮肤损伤、感染情况及平均住院时间。结果对照组鼻子局部皮肤损伤率14.58%,局部皮肤感染率10.42%,平均住院时间(20.6±4.1)d;观察组鼻子局部皮肤损伤率2.08%,局部皮肤感染率0.00%,平均住院时间(11.9±3.5)d;各项指标组间差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工皮肤的使用可有效缓解cPaP鼻塞对患儿鼻子局部皮肤的压迫,降低局部皮肤损伤率和感染率,从而缩短住院时间,应在临床中推广应用。

Objective to investigate the artificial skin in neonates with continuous positive airway pressure(cPaP) in clinical application. Methods in our hospitalduring 2013 february to 2014 January 96 cases ofchildren with cPaP treatment, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 48 patients,underwent cPaP before treatment, the control group using parafifn oil smearing nose local and nasal cavity,the observation group was treated with artiifcial skinattached to the nose, compared two groups of cPaP in children after nose skin injury, infection and the average hospitalization time. Results in the control group, the noseskin injury was 14.58%, 10.42%local skin infection rate,average hospitalization time (20.6 ± 4.1) d;the observation group nose local skin injury was 2.08%, 0%local skin infection rate, average hospitalization time (11.9 ± 3.5) d;the difference between the index group were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using artiifcial skin can effectively alleviate the congestion of cPaP compression with nose of local skin, reduce skin damage rate and the infection rate, and shorten the time of hospitalization, should be popularized in clinical application.
