以草酸氧钛纳米颗粒为分散相,以粘度相近、端基不同的硅油(羟基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、二甲基硅油)为基液制备电流变液,测试其剪切屈服强度、零场粘度、漏电流密度、剪切稳定性、沉降稳定性,以研究硅油端基结构对电流变液性能的影响。测试结果表明,以极性端基能够提高电流变液的剪切屈服强度、电流变效率及沉降稳定性,但导致漏电流密度增大;空间位阻作用较小的端基能够提高电流变液的剪切屈服强度、电流变效率,降低漏电流密度,但导致沉降稳定性变差。
以草痠氧鈦納米顆粒為分散相,以粘度相近、耑基不同的硅油(羥基硅油、甲基含氫硅油、二甲基硅油)為基液製備電流變液,測試其剪切屈服彊度、零場粘度、漏電流密度、剪切穩定性、沉降穩定性,以研究硅油耑基結構對電流變液性能的影響。測試結果錶明,以極性耑基能夠提高電流變液的剪切屈服彊度、電流變效率及沉降穩定性,但導緻漏電流密度增大;空間位阻作用較小的耑基能夠提高電流變液的剪切屈服彊度、電流變效率,降低漏電流密度,但導緻沉降穩定性變差。

Electrorheological (ER)fluids were fabricated by dispersing oxalate group-modified amorphous titani-um oxide nanoparticles in silicone oil with similar viscosity but different terminal groups (hydroxyl,hydrogen, and methyl).The yield stress,zero-field viscosity,ER efficiency,leak current density,shear stability and sedi-mentation stability was tested to find the influence of the terminal group of silicone oil on properties of ER flu-ids.The results indicated that the ER fluids based on the silicone oil with polar terminated group presents im-proved yield stress,higher ER efficiency,and better sedimentation stability,but larger leakage current density, while the ER fluids based on the silicone oil with small terminated group presents higher yield stress,higher ER efficiency,and less leakage current density,but worse sedimentation stability.
