本文对介休义安新区生态城市规划背景进行了分析，阐述了生态规划理念、义安新区低碳生态发展目标体系及空间发展策略，尝试在规划及实践中更新观念与技术，从而对我国生态型小城镇的发展起到创新示范的作用。

In this article, the author analyzes the eco-city pla-nning context of Yi’an new district in Jiexiu City, and elabor-ates the concept of ecological planning, the development goal system of low-carbon ecology and spatial development strate-gies to try new ideas and technologies in the planning and pr-actice so as to have an effect innovation demonstration to the development of ecological smal towns in China.
