目的探讨血液净化治疗急性重症中毒患者方法以及护理体会。方法在常规治疗的基础上，根据患者的病情和中毒药物/毒物的特征选择多种血液净化治疗。结果应用血液净化治疗急性重症中毒患者74例，52例患者痊愈或好转出院。结论血液净化治疗重症急性重症中毒是一种安全、有效的治疗方式。护理的重点包括：熟练掌握各项血液净化技术、严密的病情监测、严格的无菌操作、良好的生活护理和心理护理。

Objective To investigate the blood purification treatment of acute severe poisoning patients and nursing experience .Methods On the basis of conven-tional therapy,according to the patient's condition and poisoning drugs /toxins feature selection of various blood purification treatments .Results The application of blood purification therapy for acute severe poisoning patients with 74 cases,52 patients recovered.Conclusion Blood purification therapy for severe acute severe poisoning is a safe,effective treatment.Points of nursing included:Master of the blood purification technology,the strict condition monitoring,strict aseptic operation,good life care and psychological care.
