目的探究不同的营养支持方s式对ICU患者的康复效果的影响情况。方法选取我院在2011年10月---2012年10月收治的80例接受不同营养支持方式治疗的ICU患者进行研究，采取随机分配的原则将这些患者分为2组，其中实验组40例患者，对照组40例患者，实验组采用肠内营养的支持方式，对照组采用肠外营养的支持方式。结果实验组患者共40例，治疗效果为显效的有30例，治疗有效的为9例，治疗无效为1例；对照组患者共40例，治疗显效的有19例，治疗有效的有11例，治疗无效的有10例。结论采取肠内营养的支持方式可以明显提高营养支持的效果，增强患者的适应性，从而对ICU患者病情的康复具有显著的促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation effect of different nutritional support in the patients with ICU .Methods in our hospital in 2011 October-2012 October treated 80 cases of ICU patients received different nutritional support treatment ,to take a random distribution principle of these patients were divided into 2 groups,the experimental group of 40 patients,40 patients in the control group,the experimental group by way of enteral nutrition support,control support the group with parenteral nutrition.Results the experimental group 40 cases,the effect of treatment for the 30 cases markedly effective,effective treatment in 9 cases,invalid 1 cases treatment;patients in the control group were 40 cases,19 cases markedly effective treatment,treatment of the 11 cases,10 cases ineffective treatment.Conclusion to sup-port the way of enteral nutrition can improve the nutrition effect,enhance the patient's adaptability,thus on the rehabilitation of patients with ICU can significantly promote the.
