以负荷传感多路阀为研究对象,分析其出口压力补偿阀的工作机理以及补偿阀中旁通阻尼孔的作用,建立出口压力补偿阀阻尼特性的动态数学模型,分析其阻尼特性,研究阻尼孔结构尺寸对补偿阀工作腔压力波动的影响,为补偿阀及其阻尼孔的设计提供理论依据。
以負荷傳感多路閥為研究對象,分析其齣口壓力補償閥的工作機理以及補償閥中徬通阻尼孔的作用,建立齣口壓力補償閥阻尼特性的動態數學模型,分析其阻尼特性,研究阻尼孔結構呎吋對補償閥工作腔壓力波動的影響,為補償閥及其阻尼孔的設計提供理論依據。

Taking load-sensing pressure compensation multi-way valve as an obj ect,the work-ing mechanism of outlet pressure compensation valve and the role of bypass damping orifice were ana-lyzed in depth theoretically.On the basis of that,a mathematical model of the dynamic damping prop-erty was established to lay the foundation for the next analysis,the relevant structure parameters that affect the pressure fluctuation were presented,and the damping characteristics were also analyzed. These results can be as a theoretical foundation for design of compensation valve and damping orifice.
