In China, although the exploration of geosynthetic materials starts later, the geosynthetics in geotechnical engine-ering has become a relatively new type of engineering mate-rials through the effort. Especial y in the aspects of hydraulic engineering, the material has the effect of seepage, drainage, protection and isolation and reinforcement. In this article, the author mainly analyzes its application and construction tech-niques.
