随着人们生活水平地不断提高，城市的建筑技术也得到了飞快的发展。高层建筑以解决人民的住房需求与土地紧张的矛盾关系而出现，得到了社会越来越多的认可以及支持。然而，在高层建筑的施工中存在着一系列的技术难点，比如工程施工期长，资金使用量大，作业面窄等问题。本文以高层建筑施工技术中的要点为基础，探讨了一系列问题的质量控制办法，为高层建筑施工的进行打下了基础。

With the improvement of people's living standard, city building technology also obtained the fast development. In order to solve the contradiction between the high-rise buildings housing demand and land people nervous, high-rise building has been more and more social recognition and support. Howe-ver, in the construction of high-rise buildings there are a series of technical difficulties, such as the long construction period, big use of funds, and narrow face of work. This paper is based on the construction technology points of high-rise building, di-scusses the quality control measures to a series of problems, la-ying the foundation for high-rise building construction.
