目的:构建手术室专科护士胜任力的指标。方法通过查阅文献、设计咨询问卷,选取三级甲等医院手术室护理、管理专家、临床外科医疗专家,以及赴港培训1年并取得中国香港医管局颁发的手术专科护士证书的广东省手术室专科护士等20名医护专家,进行Delphi法专家咨询,调查结果应用 SPSS 13.0进行统计学分析。结果2轮专家咨询后,其积极系数为100%、权威系数为0.79、协调系数为0.31(字2=37.09,P=0.000),手术室专科护士的胜任力指标包括职业素质、专业态度、手术护理专业能力、手术室临床教学与培训能力、沟通协调能力、手术团队合作能力、个性特征7个一级指标以及责任心、主动性等26个二级指标。结论参与构建手术室专科护士胜任力指标的专家积极性高、代表性强、权威系数和协调系数好;Delphi专家咨询法等构建的7个一级指标和26个二级指标,可作为手术室专科护士的人员选拔、培训体系设置、考核标准制定及资格认证的参考依据。
目的:構建手術室專科護士勝任力的指標。方法通過查閱文獻、設計咨詢問捲,選取三級甲等醫院手術室護理、管理專傢、臨床外科醫療專傢,以及赴港培訓1年併取得中國香港醫管跼頒髮的手術專科護士證書的廣東省手術室專科護士等20名醫護專傢,進行Delphi法專傢咨詢,調查結果應用 SPSS 13.0進行統計學分析。結果2輪專傢咨詢後,其積極繫數為100%、權威繫數為0.79、協調繫數為0.31(字2=37.09,P=0.000),手術室專科護士的勝任力指標包括職業素質、專業態度、手術護理專業能力、手術室臨床教學與培訓能力、溝通協調能力、手術糰隊閤作能力、箇性特徵7箇一級指標以及責任心、主動性等26箇二級指標。結論參與構建手術室專科護士勝任力指標的專傢積極性高、代錶性彊、權威繫數和協調繫數好;Delphi專傢咨詢法等構建的7箇一級指標和26箇二級指標,可作為手術室專科護士的人員選拔、培訓體繫設置、攷覈標準製定及資格認證的參攷依據。
목적:구건수술실전과호사성임력적지표。방법통과사열문헌、설계자순문권,선취삼급갑등의원수술실호리、관리전가、림상외과의료전가,이급부항배훈1년병취득중국향항의관국반발적수술전과호사증서적광동성수술실전과호사등20명의호전가,진행Delphi법전가자순,조사결과응용 SPSS 13.0진행통계학분석。결과2륜전가자순후,기적겁계수위100%、권위계수위0.79、협조계수위0.31(자2=37.09,P=0.000),수술실전과호사적성임력지표포괄직업소질、전업태도、수술호리전업능력、수술실림상교학여배훈능력、구통협조능력、수술단대합작능력、개성특정7개일급지표이급책임심、주동성등26개이급지표。결론삼여구건수술실전과호사성임력지표적전가적겁성고、대표성강、권위계수화협조계수호;Delphi전가자순법등구건적7개일급지표화26개이급지표,가작위수술실전과호사적인원선발、배훈체계설치、고핵표준제정급자격인증적삼고의거。
Objective To establish the competency indicators of nurse specialist in operation room. Methods A questionnaire was designed based on literature research then with Delphi method, two rounds of survey were carried out among 20 medical experts. Results The positive coefficients for two rounds of specialist survey was 100% and the coefficient of authority was 0.79 while the coordinate coefficients of specialist opinions were 0.31. After two rounds of survey, a competency indicator of nurse specialist in operation room was determined, including 7 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators. Conclusion With positive response from experts, good authority coefficient and coordinate coefficient, the competency indicators established can be taken as an important reference for nurse specialist selection in operation room, for establishment of training system, testing criteria and qualification authentication.
