耐高温植酸酶因热稳定性好、经饲料制粒后保存率高而应用日益广泛,但是目前尚无评估耐高温植酸酶热稳定性的统一的、公认的标准方法。文章结合目前评估植酸酶热稳定性的方法及本实验室的实际检测结果,分别介绍了在实验室和制粒条件下的评估情况,以便为植酸酶的热稳定性评估提供参考依据。

Thermostable phytase has become increasingly prevalent with its high heat-resistance and higher survival rate after feed pelleting, but currently there was no unified and accepted standard for assessing the thermostability of thermostable phytase. In this article we introduced the assessment under the lab and granulation condition, combined with the assessment for the thermostability of phytase and our actual detection results, we wish to arouse further communica-tion and exploration of this kind of assessments.
