目的:研究一站式免费产前筛查护理服务模式在产科门诊中的应用效果,以优化产科门诊免费产前筛查就诊流程,提高孕妇满意度。方法采用随机数字表法抽取2012年4-5月按普通产科门诊产前检查流程就诊的100例孕妇作为对照组;2012年6-7月采取一站式免费产前筛查护理服务模式就诊的100例孕妇作为观察组,护士在1间专门诊室内独立完成核实信息、挂号、开单、抽血等服务。比较两组孕妇就诊等候时间及满意率。结果一站式免费产前筛查护理服务模式缩短了孕妇就诊等候时间,提高了工作满意率(P<0.01)。结论实施一站式免费产前筛查护理服务模式,能显著改善孕妇免费筛查的就诊环境、非医疗等候时间,大大提高孕妇及家属的满意度。

목적:연구일참식면비산전사사호리복무모식재산과문진중적응용효과,이우화산과문진면비산전사사취진류정,제고잉부만의도。방법채용수궤수자표법추취2012년4-5월안보통산과문진산전검사류정취진적100례잉부작위대조조;2012년6-7월채취일참식면비산전사사호리복무모식취진적100례잉부작위관찰조,호사재1간전문진실내독립완성핵실신식、괘호、개단、추혈등복무。비교량조잉부취진등후시간급만의솔。결과일참식면비산전사사호리복무모식축단료잉부취진등후시간,제고료공작만의솔(P<0.01)。결론실시일참식면비산전사사호리복무모식,능현저개선잉부면비사사적취진배경、비의료등후시간,대대제고잉부급가속적만의도。
Objective To optimize the procedures of free prenatal screening nursing service in obstetrics outpatient, and to improve patients’ satisfaction. Methods One hundred patients from April to May 2012 in obstetrics outpatient accepting routine prenatal screening were selected as control group and experiment group included another one hundred patients from June to July 2012 receiving one-stop free prenatal screening nursing service, which involved nurses finished all the nursing procedures such as information checking, registering, billing and blood drawing in one room. Results Patients’ waiting time during information checking, registering, billing and blood drawing was significantly shortened and patients were obviously more satisfied (P<0.01). Conclusion One-stop service to optimize the procedures of free prenatal screening is proved to be effective for shortening patients ’ waiting time and improving patients’ satisfaction.
