智能变电站一体化监控系统的构建,决定了高级应用功能必须模块化发展以实现不同厂家高级应用模块间的互换。但目前高级应用功能设计没有标准化,缺乏高级应用模块间信息交换服务的通用模型,无法满足上述要求。以顺序控制为研究对象,依照IEC 61850标准,扩展了急停/自动操作数据对象和视频监控联动逻辑节点(LN),利用扩展协作图构建了顺序控制功能的统一模型。最后提出一种基于数据服务器(Data Server)回发GOOSE报文的信息交换服务模型,完成了顺序控制功能的标准化,实现了不同厂家模块间的互换性,从而进一步提高全站系统功能的通用性和可扩展性。

The construction of integrated supervision and control system of smart substation determines modularization development of future advanced application function, which aims at realizing interchangeability of advanced application modules among different manufacturers. However, there is no standardized design of advanced application function and lack of universal model for information interaction service among different advanced application modules at present. Therefore, this paper takes sequence control as research object and extends scram/automation data object and video surveillance linkage logical node (LN) according to IEC 61850 standards. Secondly, unified model for sequence control function is structured with the extended collaborative diagram. Finally, the paper presents an information exchange service model based on Data Server’s sending back GOOSE message. Whereby, the paper completes the standardization of sequence control function and realizes the interchangeability in modules from different manufacturers, which further improves the generality and expandability of the whole system function in substation.
