当代中国对于慈善经济的合理性存在诸多争论。质疑方主要认为慈善经济容易滋生“慈善异化”,沦为某些组织或个人牟利的工具,或妨碍市场公平秩序,与商业部门形成不正当竞争等,因而应当反对。辩护方以功利主义作为理论工具,认为慈善经济倾向持续增进弱势群体的“最大幸福”,因而应当赞成,而不应非难。其实,双方观点都存在合理之处,但需正视当代中国慈善事业实践发展的客观需要,遵循“义利双赢”的价值取向以及“道与术”的理性选择,并通过合理的制度安排来规避道德风险,确保德性慈善经济的实现。

Morality rationality is an open proposition.There arise many disputes about the moral rationality of temporary China. Some hold that philanthropic economy may cause “philanthropic dissimilation”,or may be reduced to the profit tool of some organiza-tions or individuals,detrimental to fair market order or unfair competition.While others hold that,based on utilitarianism,philan-thropic economy can promote the “ultimate happiness”of the vulnerable groups continuously.In fact,there are some reasonable points in both viewpoints.We should take into account of the needs for China’s philanthropy.So we should follow the values principle of the win-win of righteousness and benefit and the rational choice of the combination of Taosim and operation,and guarantee the morality of philanthropic economy through reasonable system arrangements and avoiding risks.
