目的：探讨青年缺血性脑卒中与血脂代谢异常之间的关系，并评价其危险因素。方法对56例青年缺血性脑卒中患者、52例年龄匹配的青年健康对照组；59例老年缺血性脑卒中患者、54例年龄匹配的老年健康对照组的血脂、血糖及血压等指标进行分析。结果青年缺血性脑卒中患者的总胆固醇（ TC ）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）含量显著高于青年对照组（ P ＜0．05）；高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ HDL-C）、载脂蛋白A含量低于青年对照组（ P＜0．05）及老年缺血性脑卒中组（ P＜0．05）。结论脂质代谢异常是引起青年缺血性脑卒中的主要因素之一，其中HDL-C降低可能是缺血性脑卒中最重要的危险因素。
목적：탐토청년결혈성뇌졸중여혈지대사이상지간적관계，병평개기위험인소。방법대56례청년결혈성뇌졸중환자、52례년령필배적청년건강대조조；59례노년결혈성뇌졸중환자、54례년령필배적노년건강대조조적혈지、혈당급혈압등지표진행분석。결과청년결혈성뇌졸중환자적총담고순（ TC ）、삼선감유（TG）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）함량현저고우청년대조조（ P ＜0．05）；고밀도지단백담고순（ HDL-C）、재지단백A함량저우청년대조조（ P＜0．05）급노년결혈성뇌졸중조（ P＜0．05）。결론지질대사이상시인기청년결혈성뇌졸중적주요인소지일，기중HDL-C강저가능시결혈성뇌졸중최중요적위험인소。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ischemic stroke and abnormal lipid metabolism in young patients ,and evaluate its risk factors .Methods We evaluated the level of lipid ,blood glucose , blood pressure and others in 56 young patients with ischemic stroke ,52 age-matched young healthy controls ,59 elderly patients with ischemic stroke and 54 age-matched elder healthy controls .Results The level of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C)in young patients with ischemic stroke was higher than that in young control group ( P <0.05 ) .The level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C) and apolipoprotein A ( Apo-A) was lower than that in young control group and elderly group with ischemic stroke( P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal lipid metabolism is the major factor of ischemic stroke in young patients,and the reduction of HDL-C is probably the most important risk factor of ischemic stroke .
