连续退火炉热效率一般较低,如何提高能源利用率显得尤为重要。以国内某企业现有热镀锌连续退火炉为分析对象,通过总结大量理论计算结果和现场实际生产数据,得出结论,认为与其它余热回收方式相比较,低压换热器余热回收技术是最经济、最便捷的余热回收方式,排烟温度最低可以降低到80℃。另外分析了蓄热式燃烧技术在连续退火炉的应用特点,认为这种技术不如低压换热器余热回收方式稳定,产品成本也没有优势。

The thermal efficiency of continuous annealing furnace is generally low , so it′s important to im-prove the usage efficiency of energy .Taking an existing , hot galvanizing continuous annealing furnace of a domestic en-terprise as analytical object , by summarizing a large number of theoretical results and actual field production data , it′s concluded that comparing with other waste heat recovery methods , low pressure heat exchanger recovery technique was the most economic and efficient of all .The waste gas temperature can be cut down to 80℃ low.The application fea-tures of regenerative combustion technology in continuous annealing furnace is also analyzed , considering that this tech-nology is not as stable as regenerative combustion technology and it ′s without product cost advantage .
