通过分析传统出院病人进行住院结算中存在的主要问题，削减不必要环节，优化病人出院结算流程，提出并设计了出院病人病历审核系统，系统结合医院的实际要求，以患者为中心，有效缩短住院病人结算的时间，为提高医院运营效率提供了一种构建思路。

Through the analysis of the traditional main problems existing in patients' discharging from the settlement of hospitalization, reduce unnecessary links, optimize patients' discharging settlement process, put forward and designed the medical records review system. The system combined with actual requirements of hospital, took the patients as the center and effectively shorten the patients' settlement time. It also provided a method of constructing ideas for improving the efficiency of hospital operations.
