目的:本研究旨在借助测量不确定度评定用以表征合理地赋予被测量之间的分散性,了解测量结果所处的范围,利用质控图法分析影响测量结果的主要因素,从而减少测量的误差。方法根据 GB/T 5413.3-2010《食品安全国家标准婴幼儿食品和乳品中脂肪的测定》第1法。结果利用纯牛奶 CS样品(核查样品Check the sample,即核查样品指质量控制测量中附有参考量值的物料,指定实验室检测样品的检测值)。在期间精密度测量条件下,对牛乳检测中的脂肪进行不确定度评定。结论该不确定度评价方法在实验室质控分析工作中有较强的实用价值。

목적:본연구지재차조측량불학정도평정용이표정합리지부여피측량지간적분산성,료해측량결과소처적범위,이용질공도법분석영향측량결과적주요인소,종이감소측량적오차。방법근거 GB/T 5413.3-2010《식품안전국가표준영유인식품화유품중지방적측정》제1법。결과이용순우내 CS양품(핵사양품Check the sample,즉핵사양품지질량공제측량중부유삼고량치적물료,지정실험실검측양품적검측치)。재기간정밀도측량조건하,대우유검측중적지방진행불학정도평정。결론해불학정도평개방법재실험실질공분석공작중유교강적실용개치。
Objective To use measurement uncertainty evaluation for the characterization of reasonably measuring the dispersion, to understand the scope of the measuring results using quality control chart analysis for the main factors influencing the measurement results, and thus to minimize the measurement error. Methods GB/T 5413.3 2010 “national food safety standards on the determination of fat in infant food and dairy”No.1 method was applied. Results Using pure milk samples of Check sample (CS) to check the sample, in which the sample verification refers to the quality control measurement with reference materials for the detection value to specify the lab testing samples. During precision measurement conditions, the fat in milk detection was measured by uncertainty evaluation. Conclusion The uncertainty evaluation method in the analysis of laboratory quality control work has a strong practical value.
