医院血库信息化全过程精细化管理平台是在“血站信息系统”平台扩展实现的血站与医院之间的互联，构建一个安全、规范、完善、先进的血液供应链，为区域安全用血保驾护航。为无输血申请和输血反应等功能的医院HIS系统，提供易扩展的医生工作站和护士工作站功能，避免HIS系统的重复开发及降低医院投入，全程使用条码化管理，采用“自编号”模式，根据血液的品种、血型、有效期进行自编号，系统提供强大的搜索功能，输血科人员在配血时能够快速定位血液位置，大大提高工作效率。平台贯穿周期从血站预约用血开始，到调血入库、常规输血、紧急输血、交叉配血等流程，其中输血部分有涵盖与HIS的接口使用，如病区用血申请、用血处方电子管理等，杜绝了人工错误发血的现象，缩短了各流程间的操作时间，病人用血的等待时间减少了，自然提高了病人的满意度，为医院的服务水平做出重要贡献。
