采用原位方法合成了两种羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴/二氧化锡复合材料,利用UV、IR和XRD对产物进行表征。结果表明:两种羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴/二氧化锡复合材料在紫外光谱中出现了酞菁特征吸收Q带的红移,红外光谱中出现了Co-O的振动吸收峰,并且在XRD谱图中显现出SnO2晶粒变小,这说明羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴与二氧化锡之间形成部分化学键。
採用原位方法閤成瞭兩種羥苯氮烯基酞菁鈷/二氧化錫複閤材料,利用UV、IR和XRD對產物進行錶徵。結果錶明:兩種羥苯氮烯基酞菁鈷/二氧化錫複閤材料在紫外光譜中齣現瞭酞菁特徵吸收Q帶的紅移,紅外光譜中齣現瞭Co-O的振動吸收峰,併且在XRD譜圖中顯現齣SnO2晶粒變小,這說明羥苯氮烯基酞菁鈷與二氧化錫之間形成部分化學鍵。

( hydroxyphenyl ) diazenyl -Cobalt Phthalocyanine/SnO2 composites were synthesized by in -situ method. The prepared products were characterized by means of UV、IR and XRD. The experimental results indicate that the UV spectrum brings about moving to more longer wavelength in its characteristic absorption Q belt;the vibra-tion absorption peaks of Co-O appreared in IR spectrum, the size of crystal particals have become smaller than be-fore, all that show in the complex ( hydroxyphenyl) diazenyl -Cobalt Phthalocyanine and SnO2 were linked with par-tial chemical bond.
