This paper reviews the connotation of rational medical treatment, the current clinical phenomenon of unreasonable medical, the influencing factors and the category of application of rational medical treatment. The paper analyzes the interventions of rationality of medical treatment. The main schema, knowledge base, online interventions and analysis of key features about a reasonable medical information management platform are simply summarized. Under the information condition, the clinical pathways and the evidence medicine will be proposed to become the direction of reasonable medical treatment.
