目的：构建数字化应急指挥平台系统，提高医院应对和完成突发公共事件任务的能力。方法：按照数字化应急指挥系统建设要求，集成多个网络和信息系统，设计建设多功能的数字化应急指挥平台。结果：该平台实现了应急指挥的自动化、智能化。结论：该平台是数字化医院的重要组成部分，对形成快速灵活、协调一致、精确高效的一体化应急保障体系至关重要。
목적：구건수자화응급지휘평태계통，제고의원응대화완성돌발공공사건임무적능력。방법：안조수자화응급지휘계통건설요구，집성다개망락화신식계통，설계건설다공능적수자화응급지휘평태。결과：해평태실현료응급지휘적자동화、지능화。결론：해평태시수자화의원적중요조성부분，대형성쾌속령활、협조일치、정학고효적일체화응급보장체계지관중요。
Objective: Constructing digital emergency command platform to improve the ability to respond to and deal with public emergency of hospital. Methods: According to the requirements of digital emergency command platform, a multifunctional digital emergency command platform is design and build, which has integrated multi-network and multi-information systems. Results:Digital emergency has implemented automation and intelligentization of emergency command. Conclusion: The platform is a very important part of digital hospital, and is vital to form the flexible, consistent, accurate and efficient integrated emergency security system.
