研究如何通过增强党的自我革新能力来应对“四大考验”、化解“四大危险”，对于新形势下加强和改善党对全面深化改革的领导具有重大意义。文章在对党的自我革新能力的内涵界定、主要特征以及衡量标准进行理论分析的基础上，深入剖析了党自我革新面临的突出问题，诸如工作消极怠工，缺乏开拓精神；官僚主义严重，脱离群众突出；组织软弱涣散，制度创新不足；腐败积弊成习，亟待革故鼎新。在此基础上，提出了党在一党领导条件下实现自我革新的对策建议。

Studying how to defuse the“Four Tests”and“Four High Risks”by enhancing Party’s self-innovation capabil-ity is of great significance for strengthening and improving the party leadership of deepening the comprehensive reform un-der the new situation.Based on the theoretical analysis of the definition,main characteristics and measurement standards of the self-innovation capability of the Party,the paper deeply analyses the problems of it,such as work go-slow,the lack of a pioneering spirit,bureaucracy being serious,isolation from the people,organizations being weak and lax,the short-age of institutional innovation,long-standing corruption,which have to be reformed.On this basis,the paper puts for-ward countermeasures and suggestions to realize Party’s self-innovation under the condition of“One Party”leadership.
