“话语权”表达的是在语言外壳背后，承载着的某个特定社会，具有特定经济政治地位的人们（社会集团）的实际权力（利、益）要求，本质上是一种经济政治权力（利、益），有确定的阶级内涵。“话语权”是由话语体系体现出来的。在当今世界普遍关注话语权的背景下，坚持用中国理论的话语体系解读中国实践，不断增强中国理论的话语权，把话语权牢牢掌握在中国人民自己手里，这是党和国家向学术界、理论界提出的重大而紧迫的课题。
“話語權”錶達的是在語言外殼揹後，承載著的某箇特定社會，具有特定經濟政治地位的人們（社會集糰）的實際權力（利、益）要求，本質上是一種經濟政治權力（利、益），有確定的階級內涵。“話語權”是由話語體繫體現齣來的。在噹今世界普遍關註話語權的揹景下，堅持用中國理論的話語體繫解讀中國實踐，不斷增彊中國理論的話語權，把話語權牢牢掌握在中國人民自己手裏，這是黨和國傢嚮學術界、理論界提齣的重大而緊迫的課題。
“화어권”표체적시재어언외각배후，승재착적모개특정사회，구유특정경제정치지위적인문（사회집단）적실제권력（리、익）요구，본질상시일충경제정치권력（리、익），유학정적계급내함。“화어권”시유화어체계체현출래적。재당금세계보편관주화어권적배경하，견지용중국이론적화어체계해독중국실천，불단증강중국이론적화어권，파화어권뢰뢰장악재중국인민자기수리，저시당화국가향학술계、이론계제출적중대이긴박적과제。
The discourse power is the real power requirement of some people or social group who have particular economic and political position in some specific societies.In essence,it is a kind of economic and political power,right or benefit, which has certain class connotation.Discourse power is embodied by discourse system.Currently,on the background of high focus on discourse power,how to insist on using the discourse system of Chinese theory to explain Chinese practice, continuously enhance the discourse power of Chinese theory and take firm hold on the power discourse by Chinese peo-ple’s own hands are an important research task proposed by the Party and the country for academic and theoretical areas.
