针对某厂150t精炼钢水包,利用三维非线性有限元分析方法,建立了钢水包使用过程的三维接触模型,对耐火层的空间温度场进行了计算与分析。计算结果表明,耐火层内侧温度高,外侧温度低,温度梯度大,形成了明显的不同温度梯度区域;耳轴箱区域耐火层的温度分布存在快速变化区,温度梯度高,容易出现耐火层因温度应力拉裂的现象。计算结果与实际生产中发生漏钢事故的位置相符合,为进一步改进设计耐火层提供了技术原理。

By the use of the nonlinear finite element method which a three dimensional finite model was built for the sitting process of a 150 ton ladle, and the temperature field of the refractory layer of the ladle is calculated .The numerical calculations show that there are different temperature zone and the temperature of the interior wall is much higher than ones of the outer wall .A more important result is found that the temperature of the refractory layer of the trunnion box varies quickly and forms a high temperature gradient zone , in which the high thermal stress might pull the wall crack .The location of the high temperature gradient zone behind the trunnion box is agreed with the leakage of molten steel taken place .
