山东联合王晁水泥有限公司2500 t/d熟料生产线配套的4.5 MW纯低温余热发电机组投运以来,吨熟料发电量只有25 kWh,平均发电量在2800~3200 kWh/h,远低于设计指标(3900 kWh/h)。通过改造AQC炉取风位置、处理ASH过热器的积灰堵塞以及篦冷机系统的改造等一系列措施,余热发电量有了很大提高;改造实施后,在同等熟料产量下,小时发电量已提高至30400 kWh左右。

산동연합왕조수니유한공사2500 t/d숙료생산선배투적4.5 MW순저온여열발전궤조투운이래,둔숙료발전량지유25 kWh,평균발전량재2800~3200 kWh/h,원저우설계지표(3900 kWh/h)。통과개조AQC로취풍위치、처리ASH과열기적적회도새이급비랭궤계통적개조등일계렬조시,여열발전량유료흔대제고;개조실시후,재동등숙료산량하,소시발전량이제고지30400 kWh좌우。
Since 4.5 MW low-temperature waste heat power generation unit of Shangdong Allied Wangchao Cement Co.,Ltd. 2 500 t/d clinker production line was put into operation, its capacity was only 25 kWh per ton clinker, and the average generating capacity was at 2 800~3 200 kWh/h , far moer lower than designed index(3 900 kWh/h). By a series of measures as reformation of AQC furnace air loca-tion, ash handling for ASH superheater and alteration of grate cooler system, the waste heat power generation capacity has been greatly improved. After that,at the same clinker output, the hour power generation capacity has been increased to about 30400 kWh.
