目的:观察四君子汤联合缺血预处理(IPC)对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤大鼠炎症因子及氧化应激的影响。方法80只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组、四君子汤预处理组、IPC组和四君子汤预处理+IPC组,每组20只。肝脏缺血再灌注术后检测白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT);血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT);血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6),以及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果四君子汤预处理+IPC组WBC、ALT及AST水平显著低于其余三组(P约0.05)。四君子汤预处理组与IPC组的ALT、AST水平较空白对照组显著降低(P约0.05)。四君子汤预处理+IPC组TNF-α水平显著低于其余三组(P约0.05)。三个实验组IL-6、MDA水平显著低于空白对照组(P约0.05),SOD水平显著高于空白对照组(P约0.05)。各实验组间比较,四君子汤预处理+IPC组SOD水平高于其余两组(P约0.05)。结论四君子汤联合IPC可减轻大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注过氧化损伤,抑制炎症因子,保护肝功能。
目的:觀察四君子湯聯閤缺血預處理(IPC)對肝髒缺血再灌註損傷大鼠炎癥因子及氧化應激的影響。方法80隻SD大鼠隨機分成空白對照組、四君子湯預處理組、IPC組和四君子湯預處理+IPC組,每組20隻。肝髒缺血再灌註術後檢測白細胞計數(WBC)、血小闆計數(PLT);血清天門鼕氨痠氨基轉移酶(AST)、穀氨痠氨基轉移酶(ALT);血清腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6),以及肝組織中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。結果四君子湯預處理+IPC組WBC、ALT及AST水平顯著低于其餘三組(P約0.05)。四君子湯預處理組與IPC組的ALT、AST水平較空白對照組顯著降低(P約0.05)。四君子湯預處理+IPC組TNF-α水平顯著低于其餘三組(P約0.05)。三箇實驗組IL-6、MDA水平顯著低于空白對照組(P約0.05),SOD水平顯著高于空白對照組(P約0.05)。各實驗組間比較,四君子湯預處理+IPC組SOD水平高于其餘兩組(P約0.05)。結論四君子湯聯閤IPC可減輕大鼠肝髒缺血再灌註過氧化損傷,抑製炎癥因子,保護肝功能。
목적:관찰사군자탕연합결혈예처리(IPC)대간장결혈재관주손상대서염증인자급양화응격적영향。방법80지SD대서수궤분성공백대조조、사군자탕예처리조、IPC조화사군자탕예처리+IPC조,매조20지。간장결혈재관주술후검측백세포계수(WBC)、혈소판계수(PLT);혈청천문동안산안기전이매(AST)、곡안산안기전이매(ALT);혈청종류배사인자α(TNF-α)、백개소6(IL-6),이급간조직중병이철(MDA)화초양화물기화매(SOD)수평。결과사군자탕예처리+IPC조WBC、ALT급AST수평현저저우기여삼조(P약0.05)。사군자탕예처리조여IPC조적ALT、AST수평교공백대조조현저강저(P약0.05)。사군자탕예처리+IPC조TNF-α수평현저저우기여삼조(P약0.05)。삼개실험조IL-6、MDA수평현저저우공백대조조(P약0.05),SOD수평현저고우공백대조조(P약0.05)。각실험조간비교,사군자탕예처리+IPC조SOD수평고우기여량조(P약0.05)。결론사군자탕연합IPC가감경대서간장결혈재관주과양화손상,억제염증인자,보호간공능。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction and ischemia preconditioning (IPC) on in-flammatory mediators and oxidative stress in rats with hepatic ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into SHAM, Sijunzi decoction, IPC, and Sijunzi decoction+IPC groups(n=20 in each group). After hepatic ischemia-reperfusion, the levels of white blood cell count (WBC), platelet, alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), and malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured. Results The levels of WBC, ALT and AST in Sijunzi decoction+IPC group was significantly lower than those in other 3 groups (P<0.05). The levels of ALT and AST in Sijunzi decoction and IPC groups were significantly lower than those in sham group(P<0.05). The level of TNF-αin Sijunzi decoction+IPC group was significantly lower than that in other 3 groups (P<0.05). Compared with other 3 groups, the levels of IL-6 and MDA in sham group was significantly higher and SOD was significantly lower (Ps <0.05). The level of SOD in Sijunzi decoction+IPC group was significantly higher than that in Sijunzi decoction group and IPC group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sijunzi decoction combined with IPC can reduce hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by alleviating inflammatory reaction, improving antioxidation capacity.
