The factors of compatibility between cement and concrete additive were analysed, combined with particular case of XM ce-ment plant, a series of measures were put forward including clinker cooling speed improvement, reducing finished cement temperature, changing raw material and fuel and using grinding agent, etc. By some measures, the adaptability problems between cement and concret dditive of XM cement plant were solved sucessfully.
