目的应用利多卡因凝胶涂布联合雾化吸入，增强纤维支气管镜检查的麻醉效果，减轻置管给患者带来的不适，提高置管成功率。方法将96例需行纤维支气管镜检查的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，观察组应用利多卡因凝胶涂布联合雾化吸入麻醉，维持雾化吸入10~15min，插管前将利多卡因凝胶涂布于纤支镜表面后再行纤支镜检查。对照组采用常规射流式雾化吸入麻醉。结果观察组麻醉效果明显优于对照组(<0.05)。结论利多卡因凝胶涂布联合雾化吸入麻醉可明显减轻患者置管不适，提高置管的一次成功率，安全方便。
목적응용리다잡인응효도포연합무화흡입，증강섬유지기관경검사적마취효과，감경치관급환자대래적불괄，제고치관성공솔。방법장96례수행섬유지기관경검사적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각48례，관찰조응용리다잡인응효도포연합무화흡입마취，유지무화흡입10~15min，삽관전장리다잡인응효도포우섬지경표면후재행섬지경검사。대조조채용상규사류식무화흡입마취。결과관찰조마취효과명현우우대조조(<0.05)。결론리다잡인응효도포연합무화흡입마취가명현감경환자치관불괄，제고치관적일차성공솔，안전방편。
Objective Application of lidocaine gel coating combined with inhalation, Strengthening the anesthetic ef ect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy, Reduce catheter to patient discomfort, improve the success rate of catheterization. Methods 96 patients underwent bronchoscopy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group, the observation group application of lidocaine gel coating combined with inhalation anesthesia inhalation, maintain 10 ~ 15 minutes, before intubation wil lidocaine gel is coated on the surface of fiber bronchoscope after bronchoscopy. The control group used conventional jet atomization inhalation anesthesia. Results The observation group anesthesia was bet er than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine gel coating combined with inhalation anesthesia can obviously relieve patients catheter discomfort, increase the success rate of catheterization, safe and convenient.
