探讨养成教育在手术室护理安全管理中的应用。方法将不同职称的护理人员随机分为实验组和对照组进行安全教育和管理，观察一年后比较两组安全不良事件的发生率。结果实验组发生护理安全不良事件的频率低于对照组，P﹥0.05，有统计学意义。结论在护理人员中进行养成教育可以有效地降低护理安全不良事件的发生。

[Objective] To investigate the significance of cultivation education in nursing safety management in operation room. Methods: Nurses with different professional titles were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the two groups received different types of safety and management education. Then the incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups after one year. Results: The incidence of adverse events in experimental group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group.Conclusion: Cultivation education in nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events.
