目的：了解护理人员对住院精神障碍患者跌倒的认识现状，为有效减少精神障碍患者跌倒提供理论依据。方法运用质性研究的方法，对成都市某医院8名精神科护理人员进行深入访谈，将获得的资料进行分析、整理、归纳，提出主题。结果住院精神障碍患者跌倒现象常见，护士对跌倒事件高度重视。住院精神障碍患者跌倒发生与年龄、病情、药物不良反应、住院环境、护理人力配置相关。护士对跌倒高危因素评估主要依赖临床经验，预防跌倒的健康教育方式单一、有效防控跌倒措施有待进一步提高。结论准确识别精神障碍患者跌倒高危因素是防范跌倒的前提；开展形式多样的健康教育和行为干预是有效防控精神障碍患者跌倒的重要途径；改善住院环境，科学配置护理人力资源是防范精神障碍患者跌倒的必要条件。

The objective is to increase and improve the present awareness of nursing personnel in hospitals for injuries caused by falling in patients with mental disorders, and provide a theoretical basis for effectively reducing the instances of fall caused injuries in patients with mental disorders. The methods utilized in the study in order to reach a hypothesis include qualitative research, and an in-depth interview of eight psychiatric nursing staff in a hospital in Chengdu. Furthermore, various data will be collected for analysis, utilizing data sorting, and induction. The results of the study indicate that falling of hospitalized patients with mental problems is a common phenomenon, and furthermore that nurses are aware of and attach great importance to this phenomenon. Factors correlated to this phenomenon are age, disease, drug adverse reactions, hospital environment, and nursing manpower allocation. Currently according to the research nurses depend mainly on clinical experience in their patient observation to prevent fall related injuries. Effective fall prevention methods can be further improved with the strongest potential method of improving fall prevention being health education. In conclusion, an accurate identification of people with mental disorders and high fall risk factors is the prerequisite to preventing fall related injury. To carry out various forms of health education and behavior intervention is an important way of promoting the effective prevention of fall related injuries in mental patients. Improving hospital environment and scientific methodologies of nursing staff is necessary to improve the prevention of fall related injuries in mental patients.
