目的:统一复方血栓通颗粒、片、滴丸和胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Thermo Syn-cronis(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶甲醇∶甲酸∶水(10∶25∶1∶64),流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长286nm。结果:丹酚酸B的量在0.0541~5.4108μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999;精密度、重复性、稳定性及加样回收率结果均能满足分析要求。结论:该方法简单可行,为复方血栓通品种中丹酚酸B含量测定方法的统一提供可靠的依据。

목적:통일복방혈전통과립、편、적환화효낭중단분산B적함량측정방법。방법:채용고효액상색보법,사용Thermo Syn-cronis(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)색보주,류동상위을정∶갑순∶갑산∶수(10∶25∶1∶64),류속위1.0ml·min-1,검측파장286nm。결과:단분산B적량재0.0541~5.4108μg범위내여봉면적선성관계량호,r=0.9999;정밀도、중복성、은정성급가양회수솔결과균능만족분석요구。결론:해방법간단가행,위복방혈전통품충중단분산B함량측정방법적통일제공가고적의거。
Objective :To unified the method for the content determination of salvia acid B of Fufang Xueshuantong granules,tablets, dripping pills and capsules. Methods:Salvia acid B was analyzed on an Thermo Syncronis(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)column;The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water (10∶25∶1∶64)at the flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1;The detection wavelength was 286nm. Results:Salvia acid B has a good linearity in the range of 0.0541~5.4108μg (r = 0.9999)with satisfied precision, repetition, stability and recovery. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible, and can offer the reliable basis for unification of the standards.
