目的：观察凝血因子在多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)患者中的变化。方法用全自动血凝仪对30例MM患者和31名健康人血浆进行凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ活性检测，并将这些指标检测结果与正常对照组进行比较。结果多发性骨髓瘤患者凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅷ活性比正常对照组明显降低(P＜0.05),其余因子虽有改变,但无统计学意义。结论凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅷ活性明显降低是MM患者在凝血功能障碍方面出现临床出血的原因之一。
目的：觀察凝血因子在多髮性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)患者中的變化。方法用全自動血凝儀對30例MM患者和31名健康人血漿進行凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ活性檢測，併將這些指標檢測結果與正常對照組進行比較。結果多髮性骨髓瘤患者凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅷ活性比正常對照組明顯降低(P＜0.05),其餘因子雖有改變,但無統計學意義。結論凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅷ活性明顯降低是MM患者在凝血功能障礙方麵齣現臨床齣血的原因之一。
목적：관찰응혈인자재다발성골수류(multiple myeloma,MM)환자중적변화。방법용전자동혈응의대30례MM환자화31명건강인혈장진행응혈인자Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ활성검측，병장저사지표검측결과여정상대조조진행비교。결과다발성골수류환자응혈인자Ⅱ、Ⅷ활성비정상대조조명현강저(P＜0.05),기여인자수유개변,단무통계학의의。결론응혈인자Ⅱ、Ⅷ활성명현강저시MM환자재응혈공능장애방면출현림상출혈적원인지일。
Objective To observe the coagulation factors in multiple myeloma patients change. Methods 30 cases of automatic coagulometer MM patients and 31 healthy people carried out of plasma coagulation factor Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸactivity detection, and test results of these indicators with the normal control group for comparison. Results Multiple myeloma patients with coagulation factor Ⅱ, Ⅷ, Ⅹactivity significantly lower than the normal control group (P <0.05), although other factors change, but no statistical significance. Conclusions The coagulation factor Ⅱ, Ⅷ, Ⅹ activity was significantly reduced in patients with MM occurred in the clinical aspects of blood coagulation dysfunction, the main reason for bleeding.
