目的：观察清热祛瘀化痰通络汤治疗冠心病炎症因子与动脉内膜变化方法100例冠心病心绞痛病人随机分为治疗组和对照组2个组，每组各50例。治疗组50例用清热祛瘀化痰通络汤合单硝酸异山梨醇脂治疗。对照组50例用单硝酸异山梨醇脂治疗。结果治疗组有效率98%，对照组有效率70%。治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论清热祛瘀化痰通络汤治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好的疗效。并且能够显著降低炎症因子和消退动脉粥样斑块。
목적：관찰청열거어화담통락탕치료관심병염증인자여동맥내막변화방법100례관심병심교통병인수궤분위치료조화대조조2개조，매조각50례。치료조50례용청열거어화담통락탕합단초산이산리순지치료。대조조50례용단초산이산리순지치료。결과치료조유효솔98%，대조조유효솔70%。치료조유효솔우우대조조(P<0.01)。결론청열거어화담통락탕치료관심병심교통유교호적료효。병차능구현저강저염증인자화소퇴동맥죽양반괴。
Objectiv To observation th Effect and inflmation fact and Artery intima change of Q ingrequyuhautantongluotang on 50 Case Angina Pectoris .Method One hundred patients were assigned to two groups .50 in each group. 50 case patients of treat group applied Q ingrequyuhautantongluotang and isosorbide mononitrate . 50 case patients of cantrol group applied Isosorbid Mononitrate . Result total effctive rate in the treated group was 98%. The tota effctive rateroup in the cantrol group was 70%. Treated group total effctive rate higer than the cantrol group total effctive rate.Clusion Q ingrequyuhautantongluotang on treated Angina Pectoris was great effctive.
