目的：探讨参松养心胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗阵发性房颤维持窦性心律的有效性、安全性。方法将140例阵发性房颤患者随机分为2组，实验组70例，采用参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦，对照组70例采用胺碘酮治疗，随访6个月，观察参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦治疗阵发性房颤维持窦性心律的有效性、安全性。结果实际完成试验组68例，对照组66例，有效性试验组43例，对照组40例，两组差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。安全性试验组不良反应2例，对照组14例两组有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦与胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤均有明显疗效，二者疗效相当；参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦的安全性优于胺碘酮组。
목적：탐토삼송양심효낭연합힐사탄치료진발성방전유지두성심률적유효성、안전성。방법장140례진발성방전환자수궤분위2조，실험조70례，채용삼송양심효낭연합힐사탄，대조조70례채용알전동치료，수방6개월，관찰삼송양심효낭연합힐사탄치료진발성방전유지두성심률적유효성、안전성。결과실제완성시험조68례，대조조66례，유효성시험조43례，대조조40례，량조차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。안전성시험조불량반응2례，대조조14례량조유현저차이(P <0.05)。결론삼송양심효낭연합힐사탄여알전동치료진발성방전균유명현료효，이자료효상당；삼송양심효낭연합힐사탄적안전성우우알전동조。
