目的：探索同期放化疗在局部晚期乳腺癌治疗中的作用，以期找到局部晚期乳腺癌的治疗模式。方法回顾性分析33例局部晚期乳腺癌患者的治疗，统计一年、二年、三年、五年生存率。结果三年生存率63.63%，五年生存率48.94%，1例病人生存16年以上，仍在随访中。结论同期放化疗在晚期乳腺癌的治疗中发挥着重要的作用，新辅助化疗、同步放化疗、手术、术后放疗、化疗和内分泌的序贯式综合治疗，是局部晚期乳腺癌尤其对肿块大、溃烂、出血者的最佳治疗模式。
목적：탐색동기방화료재국부만기유선암치료중적작용，이기조도국부만기유선암적치료모식。방법회고성분석33례국부만기유선암환자적치료，통계일년、이년、삼년、오년생존솔。결과삼년생존솔63.63%，오년생존솔48.94%，1례병인생존16년이상，잉재수방중。결론동기방화료재만기유선암적치료중발휘착중요적작용，신보조화료、동보방화료、수술、술후방료、화료화내분비적서관식종합치료，시국부만기유선암우기대종괴대、궤란、출혈자적최가치료모식。
Objective : Probe chemo-radiotherapy in the locally advance breast cancer, so as to get the treatment of advanced breast cancer local mode.Methods and Materials: 33 patients were analyzed retrospectively the treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer, statistical one year, two years, three years, 5 years of survival rate:Results:Three year and five year survival rate was63.63%, respectively. 1 cases of patients with tumor free survival for more than 16 years, is still in the follow-up. Conclusion: Chemo-radiotherapy play an important role in the treatment of advanced breast cancer .The neoadjuv ant chemotherapy, chemo-radiotherapy , operation, postoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy is the best clinical mode in locally advanced breast cancers ,especially to the masses, ulceration, bleeding.
