在智能温室内采用盆栽试验方法,研究土壤含水量、淹水深度及盖土厚度对抗苄嘧磺隆和敏感耳叶水苋( Ammannia arenaria)生物型种子出苗的影响。结果表明,2种耳叶水苋生物型种子在土壤含水量15%以下不能出苗,在含水量25%~40%条件下出苗率较高,可达77.9%~91.1%。耳叶水苋的种子对淹水环境具有较强的适应能力,在0.2~6.4 cm水层下均可以正常萌发,但水下的耳叶水苋幼苗不能长高,萌发后60 d也不会腐烂死亡。

Pot experiments were conducted at an automatic greenhouse to determine the effects of soil moisture ,submersion depth and soil depth on seed germination of bensulfuron -methyl resistant and susceptible Ammannia arenaria.Neither biotype germinated when the soil moisture content was under 15%but the germination rate could reach 77.9%~91.1%when soil moisture was between 25%~40%.A.arenaria seeds had strong adaptability to submersion being able to ger-minate when submersed at depths between 0.2~6.4 cm.However,young seedlings growing under water failed to grow higher although they did not rot or die even 60 days after germination .
