在水温17~20℃下,将仿刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)耳状幼体放入200cm×30cm×35cm的长方形水槽中,投喂盐藻(Dunaliella salina)和牟氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros müelleri)的等比例混合液(密度为8000个·mL-1),常规管理。待耳状幼体后期,投放9组、每组由3层20cm×30cm的聚乙烯波纹板组成的附着基,其中3组与水槽底水平放置(0°),3组垂直(90°)于水槽底放置,3组与水槽底呈45°角倾斜放置,每种设置3个平行。经28d的饲养表明:仿刺参幼体的附着率随着附着基摆放深度的加深而增大,随倾斜角度的增大而减少。水平放置的附着基的附着率比45°倾斜放置的高253.43%,比垂直放置的高283.51%,差异极显著(P<0.001);但45°倾斜角放置的附着基比垂直放置的高8.51%,差异不显著(P<0.05)。水平放置的附着基下层的附着率比中层高63.31%,差异不显著(P>0.05),比上层高170.23%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。文中讨论了水平放置的附着基和附着基下层仿刺参幼体附着率高的机理。

The sea cucum ber (Apostichopus japonicus Selenka)auriculariae w ere reared in a plastic tank of200 cm ×30 cm ×35 cm and fed a green alga m ixture ofDunaliella salina and Chaetoceros müelleri(density:8000 cells/m l)underconvenienthusbandry atw a-tertem perature of17℃~20℃for28 days.The sheltersw ere displaced into the tank w ith a parallelto the tank bottom ata angle of0°, 45°or90° w ith triplication w hen the auriculariae becam e into lateruriculariae.The resultsshow ed thatthere w ere m ore sea cucum-ber larvae on the shelters displaced w ith increase in depth.H ow ever,there w ere less sea cucum ber larvae on the shelters displaced as increaseintheangledegree.Therewas63.31% higherattachmentrateofthelarvaeonthelowerlayerthanthatinthemiddlelayerin the parallelshelter,no significantsignificance(P>0.05),170.23% higherthan thatin the upperlayer,very significantdifference(P<0.01). The larvae show ed 253.43% and 283.51% higherattachm entrate on the parallelshelterthan the larvae on the slope shelterand the per-pendicular shelter did, respectively, very significant difference (P<0.01). T here w as no significant difference in attachm ent rate be-tw een the slope shelterand the perpendicularshelter (P>0.05),even though the larvae had 8.51% higherattachm entrate on the slope shelter than on the perpendicular shelter.
