运用ADAMS建立了多连杆压力机传动机构的虚拟样机模型,并建立了传动机构运动不干涉约束条件。以滑块在工作行程内速度波动量最小为优化目标函数,对八连杆传动机构进行了优化设计。优化结果表明,优化之后滑块速度曲线有所改善,滑块在拉伸区内速度波动量较小,减小了滑块对板料的冲击,可延长模具的使用寿命。
運用ADAMS建立瞭多連桿壓力機傳動機構的虛擬樣機模型,併建立瞭傳動機構運動不榦涉約束條件。以滑塊在工作行程內速度波動量最小為優化目標函數,對八連桿傳動機構進行瞭優化設計。優化結果錶明,優化之後滑塊速度麯線有所改善,滑塊在拉伸區內速度波動量較小,減小瞭滑塊對闆料的遲擊,可延長模具的使用壽命。

The ADAMS is used to establish the virtual prototype model of the multi-link press transmission mechanism and the drive noninterference movement condition .The paper proposes to take the speed fluctuation quantity of slider during the working period as the target function, and thus to carry out optimization design for the eight connecting rod drive mechanism. The optimization results show that the slider speed curve is improved after optimization;its speed fluctuation quantity during the working period is smal , so that the impact of the slider on the sheet metal is reduced and the life of the mold is extended.
