基于INA202电流检测芯片设计了一种稳流电路。该稳流电路通过INA202把电流检测电阻上的电流以电压的形式反馈到误差放大器与TL431基准源组成的基准电压进行比较,使调整管调整其集电极电流,控制功率管的基极,随着功率管基极电压的变化,集电极输出不同的电流,最后保持输出电流的稳定。实验表明,电路输出的最大负载调整率为0.186%,具有较高的精度,受负载变化影响小。

Based on INA202, a kind of stable current circuit was designed. By using INA202, the current flowing through current sense resistor is converted to voltage, and then feedback to error amplifier compared with reference voltage. The reference voltage is provided by TL431 and its peripheral circuit. The output voltage of the error amplifier made regulator transistor regulate collector current to control the power transistor base. With the change of the power transistor base voltage, the collector outputs different current. Finally, the output current is stable. Experimental results show that maximum load regulation is less than 0.186%, and the circuit can work with high precision and small influence of load.
