以番茄品种金粉2号(cv.Jingfen 2)为试验材料,采用称重法控制土壤含水量,设计4个土壤水分处理:对照(CK)、轻度胁迫(T1)、中度胁迫(T2)和重度胁迫(T3),研究不同水分处理对温室番茄叶片保护酶活性及果实产量的影响。结果表明,不同处理番茄叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先升高后降低趋势;不同处理番茄叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈先降后升趋势;各处理番茄叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/叶绿素b和叶绿素总含量均随处理时间的增加而升高,变化趋势为:CK>T1>T2>T3;水分胁迫下番茄单株坐果数、单果重和单株产量变化趋势为:CK>T1>T2>T3。研究表明,随水分胁迫加剧及时间延长,叶片保护酶活性降低,可溶性蛋白含量下降,叶片膜脂过氧化作用逐渐加强,叶绿素合成受到抑制,光合产物下降,果实产量降低。

In order to study the effects of various water supplies on the leaf senescence and protective enzyme characteristics of tomato, a research has been conducted under four models of water supply such as normal water supply (CK), light water treatment (T1), moderate water treatment (T2) and severe water treatment (T3) to tomato cv.'Jingfen2' which was chosen as a trail material. The research were controlled by weighing the soil and pots. The main conclusion includes five aspects. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) showed a increasing trend firstly and then decreased under different water treatments. The trend of leaf malonaldehyde (MDA) content in all treatment were reduced before raising trend. The soluble protein content were first elevated and then decreased during the whole growing period;the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chloro-phyll were lower than the normal water treatment under water stress, and the change regularly showed by the order, CK>T1>T2>T3 during the whole growing period;the number of per plant, the weight of per tomato and the yield of per plant under water stress were lower than the CK, and the change regularly showed the following, CK>T1>T2>T3. The study also indicated that with the water stress enhancing and the days increasing after irrigation, the protective enzyme activity decreased, the soluble protein con-tent reduced, the membrane lipid peroxidation increased gradually, the chlorophyll synthesis was inhibited, and the photosynthetic products and the yield of fruit decreased.
