研究通过蛭石筛选,田间小区试验对黑龙江省3个主栽大豆品种黑农35、合丰40和绥农14进行高效根瘤菌株的筛选,筛选出1株慢生大豆根瘤菌HDD12(Bradyrhizobium japonicum)和快生大豆根瘤菌HDD5(Sinorhizobim fredii)。其中HDD12在合丰40和黑农35上接种效果较好,均好于施肥处理和空白对照处理。HDD5在绥农14上接种效果较好,但不如施肥对照处理。通过对产量构成情况进行分析,发现单株荚数的增加是接种根瘤菌处理产量增加的主要因素。

연구통과질석사선,전간소구시험대흑룡강성3개주재대두품충흑농35、합봉40화수농14진행고효근류균주적사선,사선출1주만생대두근류균HDD12(Bradyrhizobium japonicum)화쾌생대두근류균HDD5(Sinorhizobim fredii)。기중HDD12재합봉40화흑농35상접충효과교호,균호우시비처리화공백대조처리。HDD5재수농14상접충효과교호,단불여시비대조처리。통과대산량구성정황진행분석,발현단주협수적증가시접충근류균처리산량증가적주요인소。
By using the vermiculite pot culture and plot experiment to screen the high nitrogen fixation activity rhizobium with three popular soybean cultivars of Heilongjiang Province that are Heinong35, Hefeng40 and Suinong14. The slow growing soybean rhizobium HDD12 (Bradyrhizobium japonicum) and fast growing soybean rhizobium HDD5 (Sinorhizobim fredii) were performed well. HDD12 could increase the production of Hefeng40 and Heinong35 than the treatments of fertilizer treatment and blank control. HDD5 could increase the production of Suinong14, but less than the treatment of fertilizer. By analyzing the yield component, we found that pot number was the major factor of production increase.
