目的:比较腹主动脉瘤开放手术与腔内治疗的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析腹主动脉瘤患者98例临床资料。开放手术治疗30例,其中择期手术22例、急症手术8例;腔内隔绝术治疗68例,均为择期手术。结果开放手术组死亡1例,术后心力衰竭2例、术后急性心肌梗死1例、呼吸衰竭2例、急性肾衰竭2例。腔内组死亡1例,术后呼吸衰竭1例、脑梗死1例。结论开放手术适于年轻、合并症少及无法行腔内修复术的患者。腔内治疗以其安全、微创、术后恢复快等优点已成为发展趋势。
目的:比較腹主動脈瘤開放手術與腔內治療的療效及安全性。方法迴顧性分析腹主動脈瘤患者98例臨床資料。開放手術治療30例,其中擇期手術22例、急癥手術8例;腔內隔絕術治療68例,均為擇期手術。結果開放手術組死亡1例,術後心力衰竭2例、術後急性心肌梗死1例、呼吸衰竭2例、急性腎衰竭2例。腔內組死亡1例,術後呼吸衰竭1例、腦梗死1例。結論開放手術適于年輕、閤併癥少及無法行腔內脩複術的患者。腔內治療以其安全、微創、術後恢複快等優點已成為髮展趨勢。
목적:비교복주동맥류개방수술여강내치료적료효급안전성。방법회고성분석복주동맥류환자98례림상자료。개방수술치료30례,기중택기수술22례、급증수술8례;강내격절술치료68례,균위택기수술。결과개방수술조사망1례,술후심력쇠갈2례、술후급성심기경사1례、호흡쇠갈2례、급성신쇠갈2례。강내조사망1례,술후호흡쇠갈1례、뇌경사1례。결론개방수술괄우년경、합병증소급무법행강내수복술적환자。강내치료이기안전、미창、술후회복쾌등우점이성위발전추세。
Objective To compared with efficacy and safety between conventional open repair and endovascular repair for abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 98 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. Thirty cases of AAA were treated by conventional open repair. Twenty two cases were elective surgery. There were 8 cases of them with emergency operation because of ruptured aneurysms. There were 68 patients with endovascular repair. All cases were elective surgery. Results There was 1 death in the 30 cases of open repair. There was 1 death in the 68 cases of endovascular repair. Perioperative complications included heart failure in 2 eases, respiratory failure in 2, acute myocardial infarction in 1, acute renal failure in 2 after conventional open repair and respiratory failure in 1, cerebral infarction in 1 after endovascular repair. Conclusion The conventional open repair suitable for young, less complications and improperness in patients of prosthesis and the endovascular repair has been the trend due to the advantages of safety, less trauma and less disturbance of internal environment.
