以气体二氧化氯作为玉米表面的杀菌剂,研究不同二氧化氯浓度和时间下的杀菌效果,结果表明:二氧化氯浓度为20 mg/L,杀菌时间为80 min的条件下,杀菌率达到99.98%,能达到最佳的杀菌效果。同时对玉米表面具有代表性的细菌进行了菌种鉴定,结果显示:主要为革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌,阴性菌无芽孢,阳性菌有芽孢。
以氣體二氧化氯作為玉米錶麵的殺菌劑,研究不同二氧化氯濃度和時間下的殺菌效果,結果錶明:二氧化氯濃度為20 mg/L,殺菌時間為80 min的條件下,殺菌率達到99.98%,能達到最佳的殺菌效果。同時對玉米錶麵具有代錶性的細菌進行瞭菌種鑒定,結果顯示:主要為革蘭氏陰性菌和暘性菌,陰性菌無芽孢,暘性菌有芽孢。

Chlorine dioxide gas was used as bactericideon surface of corn,and sterilization effect was studied at different concentration of chlorine dioxide anddifferent time. The results showed that chlorine dioxide concentration was 20 mg/L and sterilization time was 80min,sterilization rate could reach 99.98%,the best antifungal effect. Then strain identification was conducted to research representative bacteriaon corn surface. The results showed thatthe main bacterias on the surface of corn weregram-negative bacteria without spores and gram-positive bacteria with spores.
