用微波水热法合成了NiCoPrLa类水滑石前驱体,并用XRD和TG分别对不同pH值合成NiCoPrLa类水滑石的结构和热稳定性进行表征,同时用XRD、TPD、TPR、TPO和SEM等对不同pH值合成NiCoPrLa类水滑石的衍生复合氧化物的晶相结构、吸附性能、还原性、抗积炭性能等进行了表征,结果表明,随着pH值的增大类水滑石的结晶度逐渐降低,热稳定性逐渐升高,pH为9和11时制备的NiCoPrLa类水滑石衍生复合氧化物表现出较好的吸附性能,pH为9的样品在乙醇水蒸汽重整制氢反应中表现出较好的活性和对H2的高选择性,而pH为11条件下制备的样品表现出较好的抗积碳性能。

NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite-like precursor were synthesised by Microwave hydrothermal,the structure and thermal stability of NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite-like at different pH values were characterized with XRD and TG,at the same time,the crystalline structure, adsorption properties,reducing properties and resistance to carbon deposition performances of derived composite oxides were charac-terized by XRD,TPD,TPR,TPO and SEM. The results show that the degree of crystallinity of hydrotalcite-like decreased as the pH value increases,and the thermal stability gradually increased. the derived composite oxides of NiCoPrLa prepared hydrotalcite-like at pH=9 and 11 showed better adsorption properties,the samples at pH=9 showed better activity and H2 high selectivity in the ethanol steam reforming reaction,while the samples under pH=11 showed good resistance to coking properties.
