目的:调查研究军队文职人员护士职业倦怠与工作满意度现状,分析其相关性,以期为促进文职护理人才队伍健康、稳定发展提供理论依据。方法2012年9-10月,便利抽样法选取在某大学参加培训的83名军队文职人员护士为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、护士职业倦怠调查表(nursing burnoutscale ,NBS)和护士工作满意度量表进行调查。结果军队文职人员护士总体工作满意度得分为(3.08±0.35)分,其中与同事关系满意度最高,对工资与福利满意度最低;护士职业倦怠得分偏高,情绪疲惫、人格解体及个人成就感降低3个维度中情绪疲惫得分最高。工作满意度与人际关系紧张、角色模糊、把复杂的工作视为对个人能力的一种挑战、产生更换职业的想法呈负相关,与认为护理工作是一项有意义的工作呈正相关。结论军队文职人员护士及其管理者都应重视职业倦怠的预防及改善,采取切实可行的措施降低职业倦怠,提高工作满意度,以稳定护理队伍、促进护理质量的提高。

목적:조사연구군대문직인원호사직업권태여공작만의도현상,분석기상관성,이기위촉진문직호리인재대오건강、은정발전제공이론의거。방법2012년9-10월,편리추양법선취재모대학삼가배훈적83명군대문직인원호사위조사대상,채용일반정황조사표、호사직업권태조사표(nursing burnoutscale ,NBS)화호사공작만의도량표진행조사。결과군대문직인원호사총체공작만의도득분위(3.08±0.35)분,기중여동사관계만의도최고,대공자여복리만의도최저;호사직업권태득분편고,정서피비、인격해체급개인성취감강저3개유도중정서피비득분최고。공작만의도여인제관계긴장、각색모호、파복잡적공작시위대개인능력적일충도전、산생경환직업적상법정부상관,여인위호리공작시일항유의의적공작정정상관。결론군대문직인원호사급기관리자도응중시직업권태적예방급개선,채취절실가행적조시강저직업권태,제고공작만의도,이은정호리대오、촉진호리질량적제고。
Objective To investigate the correlation betw een the occupation burnout and job satisfaction of civilian nurses in military healthcare system ,and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting healthy and stable develop-ment of the nursing staff .Methods By convenience sampling ,83 non-commissioned civilian nurses were selected , and they were investigated and assessed by general condition questionnaire ,nursing burnout scale and job satisfac-tion scale .Results The civilian nurses job satisfaction score was(3 .08 ± 0 .35) ,of which the highest satisfaction was the relationship with co-workers ,and the lowest was wages and welfare .Nurse occupation burnout scores high and emotional exhaustion scores higher than depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment .Job satisfac-tion and interpersonal relations ,role ambiguity ,work complexity as a challenge ,inclination to change occupation were negatively correlated ,while job statisfaction and the perception of the nursing work as a meaningful task was positively correlated .Conclusion Non-active civilian nurses and their managers should pay attention to the preven-tion and improvement of occupation burnout .They should take practical measures to reduce the occupation burnout and improve job satisfaction to stabilize the nursing team and also to improve the quality of nursing .
