近年来,后勤部队医院规模不断扩大,设备老旧,能耗逐年上升。针对此问题,提出合同能源管理节能机制,介绍了合同能源管理引入我国的过程和相关概念,研究了合同能源管理的主要模式和实施流程。对某后勤部队医院实施合同能源管理案例进行了经济性分析,得出应用合同能源管理节能机制的节能总效益达到节能投入的2.29倍的结论,指出合同能源管理节能机制适用于大中城市后勤部队医院,并将带来显著的节能效益。

The energy consumption is increasing year by year with the growing scale of logistic mili-tary hospitals and problems of old equipments. So, the saving mechanism of Energy Performance Contract-ing (EPC) is proposed. The process of introducing EPC to China and related concepts are described, and the main mode and implementation processes as well. With the economic analysis of EPC in a logistic mili-tary hospital, a conclusion shows that the total saving benefit of EPC is 2.29 times as much as the saving investment, and pointing out that saving mechanism of EPC is suitable for logistic military hospital in cities and will bring significant saving benefit.
