目的：观察针刺与牵引、超短波配合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2011-03-2013-03我院治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者84例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组给予针刺与牵引、超短波配合治疗，对照组仅给予针刺及颈椎牵引治疗，治疗2个疗程后，对比分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后2组患者临床症状、体征均有好转，治疗组治愈17例（40.5％），好转21例（50.0％），总有效率90.5％；对照组治愈10例（23.8％），好转20例（47.6％），总有效率71.4％。治疗组治愈率、总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论针刺与牵引、超短波配合治疗对于神经根型颈椎病患者的康复具有重要意义，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰침자여견인、초단파배합치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법선취2011-03-2013-03아원치료적신경근형경추병환자84례，수궤분위치료조화대조조각42례。치료조급여침자여견인、초단파배합치료，대조조부급여침자급경추견인치료，치료2개료정후，대비분석2조환자적치료효과。결과치료후2조환자림상증상、체정균유호전，치료조치유17례（40.5％），호전21례（50.0％），총유효솔90.5％；대조조치유10례（23.8％），호전20례（47.6％），총유효솔71.4％。치료조치유솔、총유효솔현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론침자여견인、초단파배합치료대우신경근형경추병환자적강복구유중요의의，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture and traction combined with ultrashort on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 84 patients who were diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from 2010 to 2012 ,were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group ,each group with 42 patients.Patients in control group were treated with acupuncture and traction ,while those in treatment group were treated with acupuncture and traction combined with ultra-short.and the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results Patients in both groups were better after treatment , their physical signs and symptoms were relieved or disappeared. In treatment group ,17 patients were cured ,the cure rate was 40.5% ;21 patients were improved ,the improvement rate was 50.0% ;the total effective number was 38 ,the total effective rate was 90.5%.In control group ,10 patients were cured ,the cure rate was 23.8% ;20 patients were improved ,the improvement rate was 47.6% ;the total effective number was 30 ,the total effective rate was 71.4% ,and there was significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and traction combined with ultrashort is much more efficacious on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy than acupuncture and traction and it is much more valuable for rehabilitation of patients ,so it is worth clinical promotion.
