Abnormal savda munziq%Antioxidant%Antifatigue
目的:研究异常黑胆质成熟颗粒(简称异黑)对EAC荷瘤小鼠的抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。方法取120只小鼠,对其中100例进行EAC实体瘤造模后,随机分为:异黑高剂量组、异黑中剂量组、异黑低剂量组、环磷酰胺组和肿瘤对照组,每组20只;余20为正常对照组;连续灌胃10 d后进行小鼠爬杆实验检测小鼠的抗疲劳性。测定小鼠抑瘤率、脾指数、胸腺指数、肝脏指数和血清SOD、MDA、GSH-PX指标。另选择120只小鼠,其中100例进行EAC实体瘤造模后,随机分为异黑高剂量组、异黑中剂量组、异黑低剂量组、维拉帕米组和肿瘤对照组,每组20只;余20只为正常对照组,连续给药10 d后,采用常压密闭缺氧法观察小鼠的耐缺氧能力。结果异常黑胆质成熟颗粒高中低剂量组的爬杆时间分别延长35.87%,75.79%,26.27%,血清SOD、GSH-PX显著含量增高(P<0.05),MDA含量减低(P<0.05),各剂量组小鼠耐缺氧时间分别延长17.71%,39.54%和3.99%(P<0.05)。异常黑胆质成熟颗粒高中低组和环磷酰胺组的肿瘤抑制率分别为46.34%、60.98%,38.86%和49.73%,具有明显的肿瘤抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论异常黑胆质成熟颗粒对EAC荷瘤小鼠有抗氧化与抗疲劳作用。

목적:연구이상흑담질성숙과립(간칭이흑)대EAC하류소서적항양화화항피노작용。방법취120지소서,대기중100례진행EAC실체류조모후,수궤분위:이흑고제량조、이흑중제량조、이흑저제량조、배린선알조화종류대조조,매조20지;여20위정상대조조;련속관위10 d후진행소서파간실험검측소서적항피로성。측정소서억류솔、비지수、흉선지수、간장지수화혈청SOD、MDA、GSH-PX지표。령선택120지소서,기중100례진행EAC실체류조모후,수궤분위이흑고제량조、이흑중제량조、이흑저제량조、유랍파미조화종류대조조,매조20지;여20지위정상대조조,련속급약10 d후,채용상압밀폐결양법관찰소서적내결양능력。결과이상흑담질성숙과립고중저제량조적파간시간분별연장35.87%,75.79%,26.27%,혈청SOD、GSH-PX현저함량증고(P<0.05),MDA함량감저(P<0.05),각제량조소서내결양시간분별연장17.71%,39.54%화3.99%(P<0.05)。이상흑담질성숙과립고중저조화배린선알조적종류억제솔분별위46.34%、60.98%,38.86%화49.73%,구유명현적종류억제작용(P<0.05)。결론이상흑담질성숙과립대EAC하류소서유항양화여항피노작용。
Objective To study the role of abnormal savda munziq on the anti-fatigue effect in EAC tumor-bear-ing mice. Methods 120 EAC solid tumor mice were randomly divided into high、medium、low dosage Abnormal sav-da munziq group, cyclophosphamide group, tumor group and normal control group. The climbing pole test was conducted in these mice to check their fatigue resistance ability 10 days later. 2. The tumor inhibition rate, spleen index, thymus in-dex, liver index, SOD, MDA, GSH-PX index in serum were determined. 3. 120 EAC solid tumor mice were randomly di-vided into high、medium、low dose Abnormal savda munziq group, the verapamil group, tumor group and normal control group. The normobaric hypoxia tolerance to hypoxia in mice were observed 10 days later. Results The pole climbing time in the high, medium and low dosage Abnormal savda munziq group was prolonged by 35.87%(P<0.05), 75.79%, 26.27%, the serum SOD, GSH-PX content increased significantly (P<0.05), the content of MDA decreased (P<0.05) and hypoxia tolerance in mice was prolonged by 17.71%, 39.54%and 3.99%(P<0.05). The inhibition rates of the low and high Abnor-mal savda munziq group and the cyclophosphamide group were 46.34%, 60.98%, 38.86% and 49.73% respectively. This suggested that they had evident anti-tumor effect. Conclusion Abnormal savda munziq has antioxidant effect and play a role in anti-fatigue effect in EAC tumor-bearing mice.
