目的：探讨白血病患者中RNPC1的表达水平及其在白血病发生、发展中的意义。方法采用RT-PCR法、Western blot 法分别从mRNA和蛋白质水平检测54例白血病患者和10例健康者骨髓单个核细胞中RNPC1的表达情况。采用χ2检验、t检验进行统计分析，比较各组RNPC1表达阳性率的差异。结果（1）90.7%的白血病患者表达不同程度的RNPC1。（2）RNPC1在白血病患者中的表达明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（3）多种分型的白血病中均有RNPC1表达，且各分型之间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 RNPC1过度表达在白血病的发病机制中起重要的作用。
목적：탐토백혈병환자중RNPC1적표체수평급기재백혈병발생、발전중적의의。방법채용RT-PCR법、Western blot 법분별종mRNA화단백질수평검측54례백혈병환자화10례건강자골수단개핵세포중RNPC1적표체정황。채용χ2검험、t검험진행통계분석，비교각조RNPC1표체양성솔적차이。결과（1）90.7%적백혈병환자표체불동정도적RNPC1。（2）RNPC1재백혈병환자중적표체명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。（3）다충분형적백혈병중균유RNPC1표체，차각분형지간적차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론 RNPC1과도표체재백혈병적발병궤제중기중요적작용。
Objective To discuss the over-expression and effect of the RNPC1 in patients with leukemia. Methods The expression of RNPC1 gene in 54 patients with leukemia and 10 healthy as control was measured by relative quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and western blot, then the results were measured byχ2-test and t-test to compare expression positive rate and intensity of RNPC1. Results Among 54 patients, forty-nine had the high expression of RNPC1 gene (90.7%).The expression level of RNPC1 gene in acute leukemia patients was higher than that of health controls(P<0.05). Conclusion Our results indicate that the expression of RNPC1 gene plays an important role in the pathogenesis of acute leukemia.
